WATCH: Reckoning Esports takes their first win at BGIS 2024 on Grand Finals Day 2

The Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 is experiencing an intense tug of war among the competitors. Day 2 for BGIS 2024 Grand Finals commenced with Reckoning Esports taking their first victory, which have now helped them climb the top three spot.

The final circle saw 8Bit, Team Limra and Reckoning Esports in a three-way stand-off. It was a matter of which two teams will clash and which one will take advantage of third part. Team Limra was ambushed by 8Bit, who knocked down three players but were wiped by Reckoning.

Reckoning Esports then confronted Team Limra who were already weakened by an assault from 8Bit and had only DragonOP standing. Needless to say, the last surviving member of Limra wasn’t able to clutch the game in an open field against four players.

Global Esports once again starts in the worst possible way

While team like Reckoning and 8Bit saw much needed improvement, Global Esports was once again among the first to get eliminated. Day 1 for BGIS 2024 Grand Finals also saw them check out early in the first few matches before them bounced back.

The same seems to have happened in the first match. Global Esports got ambushed while crossing a bridge towards the zone by Team XSpark who had a stronghold and managed to take down their opponents. Despite that, NinjaBoi from Global Esports is still running at the top for most finishes in the series and if the team also keeps ups, a comeback and an MVP award at the end is very likely.

Team SouL, Reckoning Esports, or specifically HunterZ ended their journey with an insane clutch after emerging from smoke and taking down opponents one by one before disappearing again. Team SouL headed to the lobby with only a single finish on the opening match of Day 2.
