In-game leader or IGL is the most important role a player have to fulfil in any team competing in esports tournaments. The current line-up of teams at the Battleground Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 features some of the best teams who survived the onslaught to reach the Grand Finals.

The entire decision-making and direction of the team depends on the IGL. It is their decision to assess the benefits and disadvantages of a situation and give proper callouts if the team need to take the fight or play it safe. Over the years, few players in the BGMI community have made a name for themselves as one of the best IGLs.
