Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) defeated Rajasthan Royals in an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match at Sawai Mansingh Stadium. They chased down the 174-run target with nine wickets remaining and 15 balls to spare with an unbeaten 62-run performance off 45 balls from Virat Kohli.
However, during the match, Kohli caused his supporters and well-wishers serious concern on Sunday when he had his heartbeat checked during their IPL 2025 match against the Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur.
Virat Kohli looked in a struggle in the heat in Jaipur. On the fourth delivery bowled by Wandindu Hasaranga in the fifteenth over, Kohli sprinted back for two runs. After running two runs, Virat Kohli looked tired and checked his heartbeat. Later, he requested Sanju Samson, the captain of the Rajasthan Royals, to check his heartbeat. On the stump mic, Kohli was heard saying, "Heartbeat check karna. (Check my heartbeat)." To this, the Rajasthan Royals wicketkeeper replied, "Theek hai. (It's okay)."
