Young and emerging pace sensation from India, Mayank Yadav has started practising bowling in the nets at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. He is currently undergoing recovery from the injury that he sustained during the Indian Premier League 2024, which concluded last month.

Mayank Yadav was in action for the Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL 2024, leaving everyone awestruck with his sheer pace in the first two matches he appeared for LSG in the tournament. He attracted the eyeballs for his amazing bowling as he crossed the speed mark of 140+ kmph in the entire spell of four overs, scalping 3 wickets at the cost of just 14 runs against the Punjab Kings.

However, his campaign in the Indian Premier League 2024 went injury-inflicted and he could play only 4 matches for LSG in the tournament. Impressing everyone with his sensational bowling and sheer pace, Yadav scalped 7 wickets in 4 innings, bowling 12.1 overs. He conceded only 85 runs with an economy rate of 6.99, including the best performance of 3/14.

Meanwhile, the latest video of Mayank Yadav’s practice session at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru has surfaced rounds on social media as soon as it was shared on X (formerly Twitter).
