Rohit Sharma was booed by Hardik Pandya's supporters during the Ranji Trophy match, as seen in a video that has gone viral on social media. The video contains some extremely deplorable and disrespectful comments directed at Indian captain Rohit, who is currently playing for Mumbai versus Jammu and Kashmir in the Ranji tournament. However, according to several fans, the audio in the video was taken from another video, and the clip itself is altered.
Watch here the video:

To provide some light on the source of these claims, it was revealed during the 2024 Indian Premier League that Pandya would be taking over as captain of the Mumbai Indians, succeeding five-time IPL champion Rohit Sharma.
Fans publicly taunted the great all-rounder during every match during the two-month period, which led to several controversies gaining traction. However, Rohit and Pandya put an end to these rumours by frequently appearing together on the field.
Rohit Sharma's return to Ranji didn't go as planned
However, supporters dishonestly sharing these videos just serves to increase misunderstandings and spark fake debates. When Rohit Sharma returned to domestic cricket, he may not have scored enough, but he was an excellent team player for Mumbai versus Jammu and Kashmir. After Mumbai set a goal of 205 runs for Jammu and Kashmir, Rohit offered his teammate a positive boost before the final innings of the Ranji Trophy match at the Bandra Kurla Complex. Currently, Mumbai is on the verge of losing the Ranji game to Jammu and Kashmir after a long time.
