Former Pakistan skipper Babar Azam ended his horrendous series against Bangladesh. The right-handed batter was out for 11 when he fell to young pace sensation Nahid Rana on the 4th day of the second Test in Rawalpindi.

The incident happened in the first ball of the 19th over. Nahid Rana got the ball to bounce as Babar Azam poked at the ball. Shadman Islam who was standing in the slips as the Bangladeshi players was over the moon with and celebrated wildly.

Just like the second innings of the first Test match, the Bangladeshi bowlers bowled a tight line. Pakistan had lost four more wickets ahead of the lunch session as Mohammad Rizwan and Agha Salman were together.

Bangladesh bowlers decimate Australian top order

Pakistan started the day at 9/2 with an overall lead of 21. Hasan Mahmud had dismissed Abdullah Shafique and Khurram Shahzad at the close of play on the third day. Saim Ayub and Shan Masood came out with an aggressive frame of mind and added 38 runs for the 3rd wicket.

Taskin Ahmed then got the first wicket of the day as he had Ayub caught by Litton Das for 20. Shan Masood was the next to go when he was out to Nahid Rana caught behind by Litton Das for 28 and this was followed by the wicket of Babar Azam for 11.

Saud Shakeel batted for ten balls to score 2 runs as he too fell to Nahid Rana to give Das his 3rd catch of the day. At that stage, Pakistan were floundering at 81 for 6 with a lead of 93 runs.

Mohammad Rizwan came out to bat and began attacking the bowlers right away. The Pakistani wicketkeeper and batter could have been dismissed for a duck but the Bangladeshi team saw the catch getting dropped.

At the time of writing, Pakistan were 141/6 with Rizwan batting on 41 and Agha Salman on 14 with a lead of 153 runs. Pakistan have to win the Test match to avoid a first-ever Test series loss to Bangladesh.
