Pat Cummins-led Sunrisers Hyderabad created history with their sensational batting performance against Rajasthan Royals in the second IPL 2025 game. Once again, the SRH batters completely outmuscled the bowling attack of the opponents and posted a mammoth total on the board, which looks near-impossible to chase down in the second innings.
RR’s stand-in skipper Riyan Parag won the toss and asked the orange outfits to bat first; batting first, the hosts didn’t give any chance to make a comeback for the RR bowlers in the entire first innings. SRH smashed 286 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the allotted 20 overs courtesy of a blistering century scored by young wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan. Besides him,
Travis Head also played a swashbuckling knock of 67 runs off just 31 balls.
With that said, here we’ll have a look at the historic achievement that is now associated with the name of the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
