On Thursday the 2024 Edition of Duleep Trophy 2024 is set to kick start. This will be the second domestic tournament after the Buchi Babu Tournament. It is a key tournament for many players who are looking to push for national selections.
Most of the players who are set to be part of this tournament are some of the India regulars. It is also a chance for players who have lost their place in the Indian team over the last few years a chance to get their names reconsidered.
The tournament comes just before the start of the massive and gruelling scheduling for India. Rohit Sharma and his men are set to play Bangladesh and New Zealand at home, before their huge tour of Australia in a few months.
