On Monday NBA fined the New York Knicks $25,000 as Mitchell Robinson was listed on an injury report but played the game against the Toronto Raptors. Meanwhile, Mitchell Robinson has missed 50 NBA matches for the New York Knicks due to an ankle injury in left leg. But on 27th March he returned on court as New York Knicks defeated the Toronto Raptors 145-101. In the game, he played for 12 minutes and scored eight points.

So far, Mitchell Robinson has played six games out of seven since coming back from injury. During Boston Celtics in 8th December, he got a stress fracture in his ankle.

The Knicks were penalised three days after the NBA penalised Philadelphia 76ers $100,000 for the identical violation involving centre Joel Embiid's comeback. Embiid has missed 29 games after undergoing left knee surgery.

We're glad to have him back - Tom Thibodeau

Robinson is averaging 5.7 points and 9.2 rebounds per game this season. The Knicks are hoping that he can stay healthy for the playoffs, considering they will already be without Randle in the frontcourt. Since his return, Mitch has averaged 3.8 points in 14.6 minutes per game in six games, all of which he has played off the bench behind Isaiah Hartenstein.

Robinson is also averaging 5.5 rebounds, 0.5 assists, and one block per game. The stats are down from his early-season figures, but he's only played an hour and a half of basketball since his comeback, so this shouldn't be too concerning.
Robinson was classified as doubtful on the New York Knicks injury report, but Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau indicated before the game that the centre would play if he felt well after warming up.
As per AP News, "We're glad to have him back," Thibodeau stated.

In the current NBA season New York Knicks are placed in 4th position and have made it into the playoff from the Eastern Conference.
