A'ja Wilson scored 31 points, Jackie Young had 22, and Kelsey Plum added 21, as the Las Vegas Aces defeated Chicago 95-83 on Thursday night, despite rookie Angel Reese's ninth consecutive double-double for the Sky.

Angel Reece's 18 points and 11 rebounds equaled Candace Parker for the WNBA's longest double-double run this season. Parker achieved it in 2015, and she had a 12-game run over two seasons (2009-10). Wilson scored 15 points in the first quarter, Young 12 in the third, and Plum 16 in the fourth. Wilson's 18th 30-point game of his career and 12th this season with at least 25.

Olympian Chelsea Grey, in her third game back from injury and part of Las Vegas Aces' three-game winning run, had another excellent game with eight points, six rebounds, and five assists. Kiah Stokes had six of the 11 blocks for Las Vegas (9-6), which shot five more three-pointers and scored nine more free throws than Chicago.

Marina Mabrey led the Sky with 21 points (6-10) but had just eight after the first quarter. Chennedy Carter scored 20 points. Plum scored the first seven points in the fourth quarter, extending Las Vegas' advantage to 79-63. Reese scored nine points in the quarter to keep Chicago's two-game winning streak alive. In the first quarter, Mabrey scored 13 points and made all five of her shots, giving the Sky a 25-21 advantage.
