The civil war inside Red Bull is getting more intense day by day as many major leadership members have exited the Austrian Brand and it is expected that the count will increase in the coming future. But what is even worse is the champion Max Verstappen’s father Jos Verstappen is not happy with the Red Bull Leadership under Christian Horner who has been with the team since 2005. Max was an integral part of the Red Bull team since 2016 and even before that, he was a junior driver for them.

What if Verstappen gives 'Adios' to Red Bull?
If Verstappen decides his future based on his father's wishes he will be leaving the team by the end of 2025. This could be very critical for Red Bull as they need to find another driver having the same kind of potential as Max Verstappen. Let's Take a look at some potential Drivers who could fill the void of Max if he leaves Red Bull.
Lando Norris
The best Choice currently for Red Bull is their rival driver Lando Norris who is giving tough times to the Austrian team. Lando is an exceptional talent from Britain and he raced fiercely against Max Verstappen many times. He is also easy to handle, unlike Max Verstappen who is always very aggressive in his approach and doesn't play a team-man role. If he comes to Red Bull then the leadership can keep their heads high for signing a good replacement. But Lando Already declared he is faithful to McLaren.
Charles Leclerc
The Monegasque driver who has the habit of dominating every teammate he is been with is Charles Leclerc. Next year he is going to team up with 7-time world champion. Previously he teamed with 4-time champion Sebastian Vettel and he completely dominated him. Charles is known for his consistency in races as he often hits the podium and scores points for his team. Ferrari is not known for their strategies in races and for performing under pressure but Leclerc is different. He shined during many key moments and won races. He will be a formidable force for Red Bull.
Yuki Tsunoda
Red Bull has a potential driver in their camp. Yuki Tsunoda has been a junior Red Bull driver since 2021 and he has every potential to replace Max Verstappen. In this season Yuki Dominated his teammate Daniel Ricciardo in every race. Red Bull’s two champions Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen came from their junior camps. So Red Bull could also do the same after Max Verstappen's exit.
George Russell

Christian Horner in a recent interview at the Singapore Grand Prix talked about George Russell's Mercedes Contract ending in 2025 and he could look at him as a potential candidate for the Red Bull Seat. Russell has proven his ability to race against the odds at Williams and Mercedes. There is also a possibility of Max Verstappen moving to Mercedes after 2025 so Red Bull could pull George Russell into their garage. George Russell will also think about it if he sees Max Verstappen wearing a Mercedes race suit.
