Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton was spotted in Monaco with a superbike. The 7-time world champion was seen coming out of Toto Wolff’s mansion. It was very unusual for a driver to visit his former boss after exiting the team. Lewis Hamilton announced last year that by the end of the 2024 season, he will leave the Mercedes team and join Ferrari. The reason behind his tough decision was that he didn't get a multi-year contract at Mercedes.
Hamilton wanted a three-year contract at Mercedes, but they are only willing to give him a one-year extension. This triggered his idea of moving away from the team that gave him 6 world titles and many world records in Formula 1. He wanted to find some new motivation, so he approached Ferrari, as his former boss Fred Vasseur was the team principal there. The Frenchman immediately grabbed the opportunity to sign the greatest driver into his team.
Ferrari announced they will have Lewis Hamilton as the new driver from the 2025 season over a multi-year deal. With this signing, the Maranello-based car brands share skyrocketed in a single day, earning them billion-dollar investments. Lewis Hamilton is a big brand himself, and he holds many investments. Many brands switched from Mercedes to Ferrari, earning them some additional millions.
Apart from car racing, Hamilton likes riding bikes, and at one stage, he wanted to become a MotoGP rider. He even cheated his boss Toto Wolff and went to Velancia for MotoGP training alongside Valentino Rossi. But even after leaving Mercedes, he still keeps in touch with his former team boss, Toto Wolff.

Recently, he was spotted coming out of Toto Wolff’s house in Monaco. He was wearing a black helmet and loose and casual attire. He then took his MV Augusta F4 bike and moved casually as if nothing happened. Lewis Hamilton has been a huge bike fan since childhood. He has many superbikes in his collection. This one is an Italian bike with a 999cc inline 4-cylinder engine. It delivers a maximum power of 200 HP and has a top speed of 300 KMPH.
