F1 movie actor Brad Pitt crashes into Ferrari at the Abu Dhabi GP

The 2024 Formula 1 season will end at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. But the excitement is still there as we don't know who will lift the 2024 constructors championship this year between McLaren and Ferrari. Both teams are preparing their drivers to go full swing in the race to clinch the long-awaited constructors championship. The last time the Italian team, won the Formula 1 constructor title was in 2008 with Kimi Raikkonen and Felippe Massa as their drivers.

McLaren’s last constructors championship was even before that in the 1998 season when Mika Hakkinenn and David Coulthard were their drivers. The Flying Finn was also the world champion that season and defeated Ferrari’s Michael Schumacher. It looks like history is repeating itself after 26 years between McLaren and Ferrari the grand old rivals in Formula 1 history. The Maranello team has a more experienced driver lineup with Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. While McLaren has the young pair of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

The two McLaren drivers weren't even born during the 1998 season. Winning the constructors championship will mark their names in history as it is coming after a long time for both teams. But before that, it was the last race and the Ferreri crew sat for a team photo together. Carlos will also be leaving the Italian team and was very emotional for all of them.

Suddenly, Brad Pitt the F1 movie actor was filming at the Abu Dhabi circuit and crashed into the Ferrari team photo shoot. Nobody expected the actor and Brad himself joined Sainz and Leclerc for the Photoshoot. Everyone got excited to see the Hollywood legend coming to their shoot and Leclerc seemed to be more excited seeing the actor and he personally took some photos with him. Damson Idris the co-actor was also present and all stood for a photo. 

The F1 movie is based on the F1 drivers and teams, and Hollywood acting legend Brad Pitt plays a Formula 1 driver alongside Damson Idris for a fictional team called APX GP. The film shooting is taking place along the real races to make the movie more real. F1 champion Lewis Hamilton, Apple and Mercedes were all involved in the film production. It is planned to be released next year, June 2025.
