Daniel Ricciardo’s Final message to Oscar Piastri after his Exit from Formula 1

Ricciardo was replaced by Liam Lawson at VCARB after failing to score more points than his teammate Yuki Tsunoda this season. Singapore is the last race for him.

Daniel Ricciardo after leaving Formula 1 sent an emotional message to fellow Australian Oscar Piastri. The Singapore Grand Prix held at the Marina Bay circuit will be the final race for Daniel Ricciardo in Formula 1. He was replaced by Liam Lawson at the VCARB and he won't be part of the team anymore. After the Singapore GP, he was questioned by many reporters about the possibility of getting sacked by the Red Bull team.

He said it's up to the team and he also reflected on his Formula 1 career and the decisions he made during his racing time. After that Ricciardo posted his final photos with the RB team on his Instagram page. In 2023, Daniel Ricciardo was at Mclaren where fellow Australian Oscar Piastri replaced him. After Piastri’s entry, McLaren has regained form and is now the fastest team on the grid. Piastri is also the driver who scored the most points in the last 7 races. He is now Australia’s Top F1 driver.

Daniel's Emotional Message to Oscar

After Exiting Ricciardo gave Oscar Piastri a helmet as a gift. In the helmet he wrote “Oscar, Keep flying mate, doing your good thing. Too many more wins:).” Former Red Bull driver David Coulthard commented “Don't mind me… Just cutting onions…”

In Formula 1 Daniel Ricciardo was one of the most loved personalities because of his charming nature and for his smiling face. He was the main driver at Red Bull From 2015 to 2018 alongside Max Verstappen. But in 2019 he decided to leave Red Bull for Renault.

After 2 years he again moved to the McLaren F1 team and stayed for 2 years. After McLaren's Oscar Piastri’s Signing Daniel Ricciardo didn't find any seat. In 2023 mid-season he was again signed by the RB team as a driver. There he had a crash and fractured his hand at the Dutch Grand Prix and was replaced by Liam Lawson.

Starting the 2024 season Daniel returned to Formula 1 and was given the task of staying ahead of Yuki Tsunoda and scoring more points. But Daniel Ricciardo failed and he was again replaced by Liam Lawson. Now he has to decide his Formula 1 future. But as far as 2025 most teams confirmed their driver lineups.
