In sports, many people say experienced athletes are very tough to beat. These experienced Athletes would have achieved many heights and championships and they will be very dominant over everything. But in Formula 1 some young rookie drivers changed these by defeating these experienced and well-established legends right from their career start.

Now after many years, Formula 1 teams are again going back to the rookie age like back in the early 2000s when Alonso, Vettel, Hamilton, and Rosberg emerged in the F1 World. Kimi Antonelli, Liam Lawson, and Franco Colapinto are some of the drivers who are ready to shake the Formula 1 world. We are going to see the young rookies who turmoiled Legends with their driving and dominance.

Young Bull vs Old Bull challenge

5. Charles Leclerc

The Monegasque was the youngest driver for Ferrari since Ricardo Rodriguez in 1961. He replaced a legend like Kimi Raikkonen at Ferrari and dominated another legend of the Sport Sebastian Vettel in the 2019 and 2020 seasons.

In his first year at Ferrari right from the first race Charles Leclerc dominated the 4 time world champion Sebastian Vettel and scored more points than him. A young rookie dominating a 4-time world champion shows his talent and ability to become champion in the future.

4. Fernando Alonso

The well-known figure and one of the greatest drivers in Formula 1 Fernando Alonso made his F1 debut in 2001 for Minardi. During that time Michael Schumacher was dominating the Sport along with Ferrari and they are nearly untouchable.

He was promoted to Renault in 2003 and he immediately broke many records. Ferrari and Michael Schumacher were winning championships consecutively. At that time this young Spaniard shook the whole world by dominating the legendary Michael Schumacher by winning back-to-back F1 championships in 2005 and 2006 and ending his championship winning streak.

3. Lewis Hamilton

The 7-time world champion Hamilton debuted in Formula 1 in 2007 for McLaren alongside two-time world champion Fernando Alonso who just came from Renault after winning back-to-back titles. Everyone thought Hamilton would be a backup for Fernando in winning his third F1 title but Lewis Hamilton had other ideas to prove himself before the world of Motorsport. He was in the Title race in his rookie season which is unimaginable.

He got 9 consecutive podiums leading his teammate Alonso and Ferrari driver Raikkonen. He could have won the championship in 2007 but due to car failure lost his chance and Kimi Raikkonen won that year's championship by one point.

2. Michael Schumacher

The legendary Michael Schumacher debuted in 1991 for Jordan but was impressed by the Benetton CEO and he was signed by the team for next year as the main driver for the 1992 Season. He was impressive all season with 8 podiums and dominated legends like Nigel Mansell, Senna, and Prost in many races. He finished third place in that year's drivers championship. In just two years he won his first world title with Benetton.

1. Ayrton Senna

The Brazilian driver is still the greatest in Formula 1 in terms of talent and skills. Ayrton Senna began his career with the Toleman team in the 1984 season. The team was considered a backend team when compared with Williams and McLaren. But Senna surprised everyone with his impressive driving skills and scored points in his second race. He also dominated his great rivals like Alain Prost and Mansell who had far superior cars than Senna at that time.
