Spain's Axiom gives tough fight to Gunther on WWE Smackdown in Barcelona
Rey is reported to reunite with Penta when he makes it to WWE. Together, they are expected to revitalize the Tag Team division of the Main roster. There is a need for a strong Tag Team division in the company, especially on WWE Raw, which has lacked a lot of quality tag teams in the last few years.
The tag team and the members were on focus on WWE Smackdown. While DIY defended the tag team titles on the main event of the night against the Street Profits, Spain's own Axiom, one-half of the NXT Tag Team Champions, got a chance to face Gunther in a match.
While the Ring General did not expect to get a fight, Axiom proved him wrong big time. The emerging star took the Imperium star to his limits and forced the world champion to bring his best. While Gunther managed to beat Axiom, the tag team champion showed what he could do in the main roster.
