WWE India wished India and Rohit Sharma after winning the T20 World Cup 2024. The official handle of the company representing India took to Instagram and other social media handles and posted an image of Rohit holding a WWE representative World title and wished India for its achievement. The post has gone viral on social media.

It was a past segment between the Indian players and WWE. When the company had a live show in Mumbai back in 2017, Rohit was called for a photo session. The Indian captain had just won his third IPL with Mumbai Indians. He was given a special WWE title that had the logo of MI on either sides of the WWE logo. Back then, it had gone viral.

As India beat South Africa to win their second T20 World Cup, WWE took to Instagram and posted the old image. The fans appreciated WWE for their acknowledgement.
