WATCH: 'Won gold medal with broken freaking neck' - WWE Superstars pick their favorite Olympians

WWE Superstars picked their favorite Olympians ahead of the Paris Olympics 2024. R Truth, The Miz, Chelsea Green, Tiffany Stratton, the New Day, Pretty Deadly, Chad Gable, and Grayson Waller were asked about their choices. Each of them had their choice and reasons for the same. R Truth was the first to pick his favorite. Funnily enough, the former tag team champion picked Mark Henry.

The Miz picked Kurt Angle as his choice. The 2-time Grand Slam Champion acknowledged the WWE Hall of Famer by mentioning that he won the gold medal with a broken neck. Kofi Kingston picked Florence Joyner Floyd sheerly due to the hype back in time. Chad Gable picked Alexander Karelin as his favorite Olympian and felt the Russian was a great wrestler.

A former Wrestler himself, Chad claimed Karelin to be his favorite athlete. Grayson picked Torpedo Man as his choice. The Australian wrestler claimed him to be the greatest swimmer and Olympian of all time. While he agreed that Michael Phelps had more medals, Waller felt Torpedo Man was the GOAT. 

Simone Biles dominates the list

The former tag team champion had a lot of honorable mentions before going with his favorite Olympian. Pretty Deadly picked Chris Wyatt as their favorite Olympian. However, the most favorite of everyone in the given wrestlers was Simone Biles. The USA gymnast was the favorite of Chelsea and Tiffany Stratton. 

Tiffany picked her favorites as Biles and Shawn Johnson. On the other hand, Chelsea said that she picked Simone despite it being wrong for a Canadian. WWE Superstars came with a lot of choices from different Sports. While some of them were popular, others weren't known to many. It showed the knowledge of the wrestlers about the Olympics.
