WWE set to release WrestleMania 40 'Behind the Curtain' documentary featuring big stars

WWE WrestleMania 40 was an unprecedented accomplishment for the organization, with record-breaking achievements across a variety of criteria. WrestleMania 40 will be remembered as the event when Cody Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns and completed his tale by winning the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

Last night (June 24), WWE and its Chief Creative Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque announced hours before the newest broadcast of Raw that WrestleMania XL: Behind the Curtain will premiere next Wednesday, July 3. It will be released on YouTube at 7 p.m. Eastern time.

WWE fans may now experience Wrestlemania 40 in a unique manner. On Wednesday, the wrestling organization officially published Wrestlemania XL: Behind the Curtain. It's a behind-the-scenes documentary on the April 17 event, which included Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Roman Reigns, and many more stars.

Wrestlemania 41 will take place in 2025

The event included 14 different events, including the main event, in which Johnson and Reigns defeated Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in a tag-team match. The next night, Rhodes would exact retribution on Reigns and claim the uncontested Universal WWE Championship. The documentary goes into depth about how the main event came to be, Johnson's role, and other previously unseen footage from the well-received concert.

It will allow fans to reflect on the night while also generating excitement for future WWE events. Wrestlemania 41 is not scheduled to take place until April 2025, but early indications suggest that several of the major stars from 40 will return.
