John Cena has never become an Intercontinental Champion in his career, which could happen if he faces and beats Dominik Mysterio in his last few days as an active wrestler. If the Leader of the Cenation Army indeed wins the IC title, it will not just be his first IC Championship reign, but will also ensure him becoming a Grand Slam Champion.

As per the reports, there is a good chance of Cena taking on Dirty Dom for the IC Title at the Survivor Series 2025. In one of the interviews recently, Dom termed Cena an 'Old Geezer' and claimed he's ready to face him at any point in his retirement tour.
