Among the other matches at WWE NXT Stand and Deliver, one of the main matches in the women’s segment was a Fatal Four-Way for the NXT Women's Championship. Stephanie Vaquer faced up against Giulia, Jaida Parker, and Jordynne Grace to defend her championship. Vaquer and Giulia stared at one another before the contest began, but they soon parted ways. It didn't last long, though, as Grace and Giulia went on in the ring.
There was a lot of activity since every lady wanted to ensure that she received her fair amount of attention during Stand & Deliver. Even though Jaida Parker had a large following and managed to stack all three of her opponents in the corner for a hip drop on everyone, she was unable to earn a victory. Vaquer managed to make things better by giving Parker and Jordynne Grace both Devil's Kisses.

Vaquer attempted some sort of move in the corner, but Parker utilised her muscles to keep her on the defensive. Vaquer fled, searching for a superplex. Vaquer intended to pound her signature head scissors since Grace's head was stuck between her knees, but Grace utilised her power to raise her for a slam instead.

A few moments later, Giulia attacked Jaida with chops and axe handles in a rage, but Jaida and Jordynne's incredible Double Blockbuster Doomsday Device changed the course of events. Later, when a tumultuous three-woman suplex chain unfurled in the ring, Grace countered several grips and struck Giulia with a Jackhammer.
When Vaquer tried the SVB, Giulia countered with a backslide pin. Grace sneaked up on Giulia and used Beast Mode, but Parker took her out. Parker hypnosed Giulia, but Vaquer destroyed the pin with a moonsault. Following a fierce fight in which she won the NXT Women's Championship, Vaquer ended the battle by using the SVB on Parker.
