Roman Reigns and the reunited original Bloodline faced a significant turning point at WWE's Crown Jewel when they were beaten by Solo Sikoa's new Bloodline. Sikoa pinned Reigns in the center of the ring. Jey Uso joined Reigns and Jimmy Uso in the ring to begin SmackDown tonight and discuss what transpired. After that, Sami Zayn entered the fray, and the four of them stood in the ring to work things out.
Sami Zayn addressed the events at WWE Crown Jewel and stated that he did not intentionally kick Reigns. He said that Jey was the sole reason he came. Zayn said that he was transported back to a magical moment when the four of them were momentarily reunited at WWE Crown Jewel. He claimed that he still harbored a soft place for that period, and he was aware that everyone else did too. According to Zayn, Reigns desired for them to reunite.
Zayn went on to say that Roman Reigns cherished him and that things may return to normal. He promised Reigns that he would put the initiative in his hands and that he could leave the organization if he so desired. However, he claimed that he believed Reigns wanted the four of them to fight together and that he would comply if such were the case. Zayn stated that if Reigns expressed regret, he would do it.
