John Cena was seen emotional in an old video which has gone viral on social media. It was about him hearing the story of the recovery of a fan's mother from breast cancer. John was in the promotion of a show where he was shown the clip of the fan explaining how Cena's life philosophy helped him to encourage his mother to fight the cancer.
Cena is someone who lives by three words - Hustle, Loyalty, and respect. He also claims to "Never give up". In the video, the fan of the 16-time world champion claimed that his mother was diagnosed for breast cancer and said the results turned out to be positive. He said that it was a bad time for him. The fan added that he cried and was shocked.

The fan broke down and said he asked his mother to never give up. As Cena heard it, he got emotional. A video of John earlier meeting the fan in a WWE show from a PLE was displayed. He said John gave him his wrist band during the show which he gave it to his mother during the 6-hour surgery. The fan's mother was in the video who got emotional too.

As the fan claimed his mother to be cancer free, the leader of the Cenation army claimed it to be cool and felt the fan had a great perspective at a young age. An emotional Cena was shocked to see the fan entering the hall by breaking the poster. As the fan thanked John Cena for everything he did for his family, the star wrestler asked him to stop.
The 47-year-old smiled and hugged the fan saying it was the coolest surprise ever. The fan's mother came with the wrist band she got from Cena and said she wore it during her cancer treatment and was free of the disease. Cena said that was pretty cool and hugged the fan's mother. Moments like these made Cena not just a fan favorite, but their real life idol.
