WATCH: Fans chant 'Ref you suck' as referee botches pinfall during WWE Raw match between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor

Fans vented out their frustration on the referee who botched the third count during the match between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. As Seth executed a Sharpshooter and followed it up with a Pedigree, he went for the pinfall. The referee did not see Finn kicking out late and ensured the match continued, which led to the chants of "Ref you suck".

The match between Seth and Finn turned out to be a banger. Both wrestlers gave a great performance and tried to qualify for the Elimination Chamber. While Finn's knee was hurt, Seth hurt his ribcage. But the fight continued and the duo still delivered a great match. Towards the ending moments of the match, Seth seemed to have an upper hand.

The visionary successfully executed a Sharpshooter on Finn by giving a tribute to Bret Hart. He followed it up with a pedigree and looked good for a win. The referee counted the third after which Finn kicked out. However, the referee didn't see it, and the fans were angry which led to the chants of "Ref you suck".

Seth Rollins qualifies for the Elimination Chamber 2025

Rollins could not believe the referee botched it up. He was as frustrated as the fans and mocked the referee with Triple H's iconic maneuver. However, Seth stayed composed and did not get away in the heat of the moment. Rollins successfully delivered a Curb Stomp to Balor.

It was enough for Seth to claim a win to enter the Elimination Chamber. Rollins had the last laugh as the fans cheered his win and a great match. The revolutionary acknowledged Finn's fight who gave his best despite suffering a knee injury during the match.
