'He can't move on' - Roman Reigns opens up on Seth Rollins' attack on him at Royal Rumble 2025

Roman Reigns spoke about Seth Rollins being obsessed with him even after the end of their rivalry. The OTC was asked his opinion on Seth attacking him after the Royal Rumble 2025 elimination. The Tribal Chief claimed Rollins was holding on to him as he could not move on with his life.

The OTC was speaking with 'WWE 2k25 on IGN' where he was asked about Seth. The star wrestler claimed he created a beautiful empire there was pretty much everything one wanted. Roman Reigns felt Rollins came back and held on to him. He felt the visionary could not move on with his life despite the end of their feud way long back.

"He's like a Stage Five Clinger, just holding on because he can't move on with his life. I created so much: A beautiful empire where we have pretty much everything. That's what they do, they all come back. He's just holding on," said Roman in the interview. His statement went viral on social media platforms.

What happened between Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and CM Punk at Royal Rumble 2025?

Roman and Seth confronted each other at the Royal Rumble 2025 which was one of the highlights of the PLE. All their memories came alive as the duo went against each other. They hung each other in a worrisome spot and CM Punk took great advantage of it to eliminate both in an instant.

Seth went mad after getting eliminated. He attacked both Roman and Punk in frustration and avenged his elimination. Seth's attack on Reigns was particularly brutal as he delivered a double-footed Curb Stomp through the floor and followed it up with a Curb Stomp through the steel stairs.

The injury was bad for the OTC as he was declared to be out of action for an indefinite time. Reports claimed that Roman was intentionally kept out of action from the Elimination Chamber 2025 as the creative team did no want him to take a pin. He could return and cost either Seth or Punk a chance to headline WrestleMania 41.
