Drew McIntyre took a dig at John Cena and claimed he did not have to politic himself into the Elimination Chamber 2025 by bypassing the Qualifying round. The Scottish Warrior said he qualified for the Men's Chamber match in his way by following the process. McIntyre gave credit to Jimmy Uso and LA Knight for giving their best performances.

Drew took on Jimmy and Knight in a triple-threat match on WWE Smackdown to qualify for the Elimination Chamber. McIntyre delivered a double Claymore to the duo and pinned Knight to progress to the Men's Chamber match. After the match, Drew was interviewed backstage where he was asked to give thoughts on his win.

Drew remained calm and spoke to the individual whom he did not respect properly on Raw as per his admission. McIntyre claimed Smackdown was a land of opportunities and he just wanted to qualify for the Men's Chamber way in his way. McIntyre credited Knight and Jimmy for delivering a great performance against him.

McIntyre said he did not have to politic into the Elimination Chamber like Cena did and took a dig at the 16-time world champion. "I'm not gonna politic myself into the Chamber like John Cena. SmackDown is, and has always been, the land of opportunity," said Drew as he posted the video of his interview on X.
Drew returned to WWE Smackdown as a full-time wrestler. The change in brand witnessed a change in Drew's character as he remained calm throughout his promo against Knight and Jimmy. McIntyre did not get angry when both Jimmy and Knight took a dig at him. With the same calmness, he took part in the match.
Drew, Jimmy, and Knight delivered a banger in the ring as their qualifying match turned out to be brilliant. Fans loved it with the chants of "This is Awesome" and acknowledged their efforts. They also were involved in some top spots and the fans loved their match with the chants of "Holy sh*t".
