With five exciting battles that captured the hearts of fans, WWE Saturday Night's Main Event has triumphantly come to an end. But Cody Rhodes's comeback was the night's most significant event. His return was greatly anticipated by fans, and he arrived with a fresh look and a new purpose. Cody appears committed to escaping John Cena's shadow this time.

John Cena defeated Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41. Cena used dubious tactics, including cheating, to end Cody's 378-day reign as champion. Since that loss, Cody had been missing from WWE. Although he was announced for a few episodes of SmackDown, he didn’t arrive, which led to rising worry among fans.

In the main event, Jey Uso engaged Logan Paul in a fierce battle to defend the World Heavyweight Championship. John Cena abruptly dragged the referee out of the ring after Jey appeared to have secured the victory with a frog splash from the top rope over Paul. After that, Cena assaulted Jey inside the ring. Logan Paul appeared to take the win, but Cody Rhodes' unexpected comeback changed everything.

 The tide turned as Cody gave John Cena a Cross Rhodes. To keep the championship, Jey took advantage of the confusion and pinned Paul with a spear. When Cody returned, the audience surged. Over the past few years, WWE fans have been amazed by Cody Rhodes' performance. He has a strong fan following in the company.  

Cody Rhodes wants Tag team match at Money in the Bank

Cody Rhodes talked about the night's events and his rivalry with Paul and Cena after the show. He claimed that John Cena had seriously harmed the professional wrestling community and that he was now ready to strike back.

Cody challenged the tag team match between Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso and John Cena and Logan Paul for Money in the Bank 2025. One of the event's most anticipated matchups, this one may give rise to several new plotlines. There's no denying that Cody Rhodes and John Cena's feud is only beginning.
