Even after CM Punk has repeatedly screwed him out of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Drew McIntyre hasn't stopped attempting to poke his foe, whether it's ridiculing Punk's torn triceps muscle or referencing Punk's real-life feuds with Colt Cabana and Jack Perry. With only a few days until he and Punk meet at SummerSlam, McIntyre has chosen to leave Punk with one more troll for the road.
Drew McIntyre has been on a strong streak for several months, and his continuing feud with CM Punk is heating up as they continue to exchange verbal insults and physical confrontations. McIntyre recently resorted to social media to broadcast a training video in which he played Punk's ROH theme tune, escalating the conflict.
Drew McIntyre's continuing feud with CM Punk has regularly brought up Punk's turbulent history, particularly his questionable tenure in AEW. As their animosity reached new heights, Punk revealed on the July 22nd edition of WWE Raw that he had been medically cleared to compete. This development paved the way for their highly anticipated bout at WWE SummerSlam.
The Scottish Warrior is all set to destroy CM Punk at the Biggest Summer Party. Drew McIntyre posted a video of himself doing really hard dumbbell shoulder presses on Twitter before the show.

The fact that he disparaged Miseria Cantare, the well-known anthem from CM Punk's Ring of Honor, is noteworthy. Drew went one step further and gave the bracelet he had stolen from CM Punk a kiss before giving the camera a wink.
It remains to be seen if McIntyre's troll gets Punk to finally stop talking to him, or if it gives him the last laugh this Saturday. But Seth Rollins, the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, McIntyre's regular antagonist, and Punk's adversary will be there as a special guest referee, posing an additional challenge for both.
