SummerSlam 2024 will be the biggest PLE of the year since WrestleMania XL. There are some exciting matches stacked up for the night which is set to take place in Cleveland. Some of the matches could lead to a change in the current stories. There could be some massive returns and betrayals that could change the future of the company.

Some of the best wrestlers on the current roster will be in action. The lead-up to the match has been good. Some of them have been a part of long-term stories while others have been a result of some of the recent stories. Either way, the fans are excited about the event and hope it to deliver better than the Money in the Bank 2024 did.

Here is the prediction for all matches scheduled to take place at SummerSlam 2024.

Men's Division

CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre (Seth Rollins as Guest Referee)

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have had a lot of indirect in the last few months. It is a bit surprising that their feud has been the best without them having an official match yet. The best part about the match would be Seth Rollins who will be in the ring as a special guest referee.

It is basically a two-on-one scenario as both Seth and Drew have expressed their hatred for Punk. There is a chance of Rollins costing Punk the match to avenge his interference at the Money in the Bank. There is also a chance of AJ Lee potentially returning. Drew must be able to win the match with Seth's help.

Cody Rhodes vs Solo Sikoa (With the Bloodline)

Cody Rhodes will be defending the world title against Solo Sikoa. It will be a tough challenge for the American Nightmare, as he would potentially be up against the entire Bloodline. It will be the main event of the night which would be perfect for the return of Roman Reigns.

There could be a lot of scenarios that could affect the result of the match. Jimmy Uso and Roman could potentially assist Cody in case the Bloodline under Solo assists their Head of the Table. Cody must be able to defend his title. It could lead to a potential civil war within the Bloodline.

Damian Priest (With Judgement Day) vs Gunther

Damian Priest will be defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther. The Judgement Day star will be facing the Ring General who won the King of the Ring tournament to earn himself a shot at the world title. The duo have had brawls in the last few weeks following Gunther's attempts to rile Damian up.

Despite the numbers game in favour of Damian, Gunther is likely to become the new world champion. Priest will be unwilling to take the help of any member of his faction. As Finn Balor is likely to come to Damian's assistance, Priest might be distracted, which could lead to his loss and the implosion of the faction.

Logan Paul vs LA Knight

Logan Paul will be defending his US title for just the third time. The only instances of his title defenses have been at the PLEs like Royal Rumble and WrestleMania XL. LA Knight has troubled the champion a lot in the last few months which has led to their match at SummerSlam.

Along with Jey Uso, the Megastar has been the most 'over' wrestler in the last few months. Neither of them has held a title. Paul has been an irregular champion and Knight is a hard worker. The Megastar deserves to dethrone Paul who hasn't been a regular in the last few months.

Sami Zayn vs Bron Breakker

Sami Zayn will be defending the Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker. The feud began after Sami beat Chad Gable at the Clash at the Castle. At the Money in the Bank, Zayn defended his title against Breakker. But the mighty wrestler has troubled Sami with his attacks since then.

Adam Pearce confirmed the match between the two at SummerSlam. After not being able to win the title at the Money in the Bank, Bron starts as the favourite to win in Cleveland. Sami might be needed for the story of the Bloodline which could lead to him dropping the title.

Women's Division

Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley

Liv Morgan will be defending her Women's World title against Rhea Ripley. It will be one of the most intriguing matches given the story between the two. Rhea took out a year of Morgan's career by injuring her in the past. On returning to Raw, Morgan attacked Rhea and took three months of her career.

On her Revenge tour, Liv has been trying to take everything away from Ripley. The return of Mami has led to the match between the two at SummerSlam. Liv might unexpectedly end up being the winner with indirect assistance from Dirty Dom. It could lead to a development in the story of Liv, Rhea, and Dom.

Bayley vs Nia Jax

Bayley will be defending the WWE Women's title against Nia Jax. The match is scheduled to take place as Jax won the Queen of the Ring tournament to earn herself a shot at the world title. The duo has faced each other in different ways in the last few weeks on Smackdown.

Predicting the winner of this match would be difficult. But there is a chance of Nia winning the match only to see Tiffany Stratton cashing in her Money in the Bank contract to win the title. It could lead to a feud between Tiffany and Nia where the Samoan wrestler could turn face.
