Seth Rollins and CM Punk cooked each other with the segment of the year on WWE Raw. The duo went personal, targeted each other's wives and their past. There were references to Seth turning against Roman Reigns, Vince McMahon's bad relationship with Punk, the latter's AEW run and speaking against WWE, AJ Lee not having a kid, and so on.
Seth started the segment and referred to Punk as a self proclaimed 'Best in the World'. The second city saint replied saying he wanted to believe he was the best. He then took a dig at Becky Lynch saying she dropped the ball and returned to home just like Stone Cold Steve Austin did in the past.

Seth replied to it saying Becky was raising kids in their home which was a dream for Punk and AJ Lee. He said Stone Cold regretted the decision of not being able to return to WWE. He then reminded Punk of trying to slander WWE by showing up on his podcast.

Punk did not take those digs well and said Seth was mad that he abandoned him, not the company. Punk claimed the fans keot on chanting his name at Seth's prime in WWE. He asked Seth to forget his last 10 years and enquired if his neck, knee and rib cage were fine.
Punk claimed he does not regret leaving WWE in 2014 by saying he didn't hate the fans but hated the boss, and took a dig at Vince McMahon. The voice of the voiceless claimed Seth to be a corporate bootlicker and hoped to teach him a lesson on WWE Raw's Netflix Premiere.
While Punk accused Seth of ending the Shield by turning against Roman, eventually becoming responsible for the aggression of the OTC, Rollins hoped to bring the fire in him and burn Punk down to the ashes when they take on each other next week on the start of the new era of WWE Raw.
