KO posted on X saying, Hunter thanked him after leaving the Gorilla behind. He wrote Triple H was proud of him and did what needed to be done and took what he truly deserved. KO funnily claimed that Triple H invited him to his house for the Christmas dinner.
"Upon leaving Gorilla, Triple H enthusiastically thanks Kevin Owens for the house and tells him how proud he is of Kevin for doing what needed to be done and taking what he truly deserves and proceeds to invite him over to his house for Christmas dinner and to watch #SNME back on a 734-inch TV," wrote KO.
What happened between Triple H and Kevin Owens?
On Saturday Night's Main Event, KO took on Cody Rhodes for the world title. A special Winged Eagle title was replaced for one night. KO could not get the job done and got pinned by Rhodes who successfully defended his title. While he initially left the scene, KO attacked Cody after the show went off-air.
Owens delivered a vicious package piledriver, a banned move, and took the title away from Cody. As he was celebrating the title in front of the fans, Hunter walked into the arena and had a confrontation with KO. The video went viral on social media and the fans wondered what happened.
As Cody was taken out of the arena on a stretcher, Hunter and Kevin went up against each other. Fans felt KO was lucky as Triple H was not a wrestler anymore.
