On this day in 2024, WWE Raw witnessed one of the greatest endings. The Rock kept his promise by giving him a belt treatment and made him bleed. The Final Boss intensified the feud between Cody and Seth Rollins against the Bloodline with the move. Cody was completely taken down by the Great One to end the main event of the night.

The night started with a segment between Rhodes and The Rock where the latter whispered something in the former's ears. When asked about it to Cody backstage, the star wrestler claimed it was something The Final Boss couldn't fulfil. The Main Event of the night witnessed a brawl between Jey Uso, Seth, Cody, and the Bloodline.

As Seth, Cody, and Jey momentarily dealt with the Blloodline, the Final Boss equalized the odds with his power. He then launched a brutal attack on Cody. The Great One used a trash can and furniture in the locker room as a weapon and punished Cody for sticking his nose into the Bloodline business.

The Rock keeps his promise, takes out Cody Rhodes

The Rock dragged Cody outside to the parking lot and threw him onto the promotion bus. The Final Boss targeted Cody's mother throughout the segment and claimed it to be a trailer to what would happen at WrestleMania. Cody was done for the night and took all the beating from the People's Champ.

The Rock repeatedly reminded Mama Rhodes and the fans that it was not the way he wanted things to happen and added that there was no other choice for him. He then took the belt out of his waist and spanked Cody hard. Blood started to flow out of Rhodes, and the fans went crazy.

The Rock collected the blood out of Cody's head and spilled it onto the belt, which had Mama Rhodes' name written on it. The segment elevated the feud between Cody and the Bloodline for Mania. Eventually, Rhodes' win at Mania turned out to be memorable due to the efforts from The Rock and Cody in segments like these.
