The WWE is known to introduce a number of wrestlers in the company and give rise to new talents. There are some individuals who make it big on the stage and go onto become champions, but there are also some wrestlers who never get over with the crowd and eventually end up getting released from the company. The WWE has to take this measure if the wrestler does not have the connection with the fans or does not fit in the story lines at all.

Jinder Mahal is one of those wrestlers who has had a roller coaster of a journey in the company. Mahal has had a hot and cold history in the WWE in his earlier runs where he was nothing more than a midcarder. in 2014 he was finally released from his contract after failed gimmicks and feuds within the company. He might have been one of the few Indo- Canadian wrestlers but did not really get over with the fans. In 2016 Mahal came back in the WWE and has had one of his best years and went onto be the second India Origin wrestler to be a World Champion after The Great Khali.

Mahal released from the WWE

Though Jinder Mahal enjoyed a some great runs in the WWE beating the likes of Randy Orton and becoming the WWE champion, but there finally came a moment when he hardly featured on television at all. The WWE just released some wretlers in the business and one of them was Jinder Mahal who had confirmed it on X stating " I quit Maharaja Out". PW Insider also revealed that the former was released by the company under a 90 day no complete clause.

This means that we will not be seeing the Modern Day Maharaja in the future at all. Along with him another wrestler Xia Li who was part of the Mae Young classics was also one of the few wrestlers who were let go. This is the end of two wrestlers who will still go out after having some great runs in the company. We might have not see Mahal a lot in the segments, but he has still manage to do something that many proffesional wrestlers only dream of. All we can do is wish him all the best for the future.
