'We told the truth' - Kofi Kingston defends turning against Big E

Kofi Kingston justified his and Xavier Woods' move to kick Big E out of the New Day on WWE Raw. The former world champion claimed that everything he and Woods did was justified. He said the fans on social media were behind them for no reason. He felt they were emotional and did not see the truth the duo was trying to say.

Kofi was surprised that the people were angry with them without knowing why they turned against Big E. He said everything he and Woods did had a purpose. Kofi claimed that the fans were angry at them for no reason and did not have anything to argue against their facts.

"I am surprised that most of these people out here don't understand why we did what we did. I mean, we came out there and I said this in a different interview, you can always tell when you're right when you make an argument and you said nothing but facts," said Kofi Kingston in the interview.

Kofi claimed everything Woods said was true and the fans did not like them. He pointed out the dual nature of the fans. Kofi said all the insults they received from the fans had nothing to do with what he and Xavier Woods did. Kofi said they had to kick Big E out of the faction. 

"So I know that when you can't bring a rational argument to the table, that means you know that you're wrong because you don't have any facts to support your argument. Just because you're upset doesn't mean that you're right," added Kofi in the interview.

Kingston and Woods were celebrating the 10th anniversary of the New Day when Big E came to try and fix things. Woods and Kofi were angry that Big E made an attempt to fix things only when it got worse. They hence kicked Big E out of the New Day. It marked the end of the New Day 10 years after its formation.
