Jon Moxley will defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Tetsuya Naito on June 30 at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in Long Island, New York.

In an effort to get your attention in this match, Moxley devised an extra tactic in case you were among the AEW supporters who were unaware of Naito's previous involvement in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Tonight (June 15) on AEW Collision, Moxley stole the mic and gave a promo on Naito following the Blackpool Combat Club's eight-man tag victory against TMDK, Lio Rush, and Rocky Romero.

Tetsuya Naito, a New Japan Pro Wrestling veteran, stands 5'11". At the Windy City Riot pay-per-view in April, Jon Moxley beat Naito to win the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. Meanwhile, the two are scheduled for a rematch at the next Forbidden Door PPV on June 30, with the championship on the line.

Jon Moxley stated that he did not come to Forbidden Door to defend a belt. No, he has far more violent objectives in mind.

Naito, I am coming to Forbidden Door - Jon Moxley

According to Sportskeeda, "Naito, I am coming to Forbidden Door to finish you, to finish your career, to put you in the pint box, put you in the ground, and bury your a** once and for all," Moxley said.

On this week's Collision, Moxley and his Blackpool Combat Club members defeated Lio Rush, Rocky Romero, and TMDK (Mikey Nicholls and Shane Haste). Following his victory, Mox grabbed the microphone and delivered an angry message to Naito.

Following the former AEW World Champion's warning, the bout at Forbidden Door grew more intriguing. It remains to be seen what happens during the pay-per-view. Folks, I believe Jon Moxley intends to murder pay-per-view.
