Mick Foley recently claimed he held a grudge against Donald Trump for being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. He felt the US President was awarded the honour without having to put in the hard yard. He also expressed his anger over being 'kicked out' of his post-Hall of Fame celebratory party a few years ago.

Foley remembered the heights of WWE where a lot of people used to wait for the shows to start for the wrestlers to perform. Foley claimed the wrestlers had to wake up early in the morning around 7 AM for the training session. He reminded the host about him being the best-selling author in New York.

"You know, and so I swear to you, the only thing I could think of when I walked out there, as they go, 'Mick Foley', and they’re playing to 75,000 people out there, all I could think was, 'They needed to wake me up at 7 a.m. to do this?'," said Foley in the interview. Foley said he wasn't told about the star to stand on.

Mick was disappointed that Trump had the privilege to not wake up at 7 AM. "Like, I’m a New York Times number one bestselling author. They couldn’t have told me what star to stand on. Donald Trump didn’t have to get up at 7 AM. That’s all I could think of."

"I was looking at Trump-like, he didn’t have to wake up at 7 AM," added Foley in the interview. Trump claimed he felt it was a terrible policy and added that he held a grudge against the US President. He concluded expressing his disappointment about his celebratory party being destroyed.

"So, I was just inside, and it’s more than just the horrible policy, but I held a grudge against Donald Trump for not having to get up at 7 AM. when I did—kicking me out of my own post-Hall of Fame celebratory party," added Foley in the interview.
