Mick Foley dropped a bombshell regarding the US Elections 2024. The WWE Hall of Fame took to Instagram and posted a story where he gave his opinion on the candidates in the election. The star wrestler gave a reference to Donald Trump's statement regarding The Undertaker where the former had asked the latter if Wrestling hurt.
Mick asked the voters if they would vote for someone who questioned the authenticity of Wrestling. In the process, he asked the voters to choose their leaders wisely. "Are you really going to vote for a man who asked The Undertaker if Wrestling hurts? Choose wisely..." wrote Foley on his Instagram story.
The Wrestling world has been divided ahead of the US Elections. While some are in support of electing Kamala Harris, others are in support of voting Donald Trump. Some of the biggest WWE Superstars have shown their support to Trump. He is someone who has been associated with WWE for a long time, since the 1980s.
WWE universe split over Donald Trump and Kamala Harris in US Elections
He helped WrestleMania to be hosted at a single venue in consecutive years for the first and only time. In the Ruthless Aggression Era, Trump had some of the most memorable segments in WWE. He was a manager and represented Bobby Lashley against Vince McMahon and Umaga in the Battle of Billionaires.
At WrestleMania 2006, Trump got an opportunity to shave Vince's head as per the agreement. Donald also had segments where he bought WWE and threatened Vince continuously. Given a lot of history of Trump with WWE, one must not be surprised by the many stars supporting him in the elections.
Some of the biggest WWE stars like The Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, and Logan Paul have had the back of Trump. Batista is a big name who has supported Kamala in the election. Seeing Mick's story, the fans felt that voting had nothing to do with what the candidate had done in Wrestling. They also felt the Superstars should not have an impact on people's voting.
