Hulk Hogan was in an interview where he was asked about why he was not appearing on the docuseries 'Who Killed WCW?'. The former wrestler said that he was indeed consulted by The Rock and Co. to take part in the interviews and stuff for the docuseries. Hogan claimed that the 10-time world champion said he would be a vital part of the show.

Hulk Hogan added that Dwayne said they did not want to produce the show without him. He claimed that there was a lot of dark side of the ring in the show. Hulk said that too much negative stuff in the show was not to his taste. The show was released on the 6th of June 2024 and was praised by a section of fans and critics.

"I was basically talked to about doing interviews and stuff. The Rock produced it. He said I would be a vital part of the show and they really didn't wanna do it without me, but I just watched so much Dark Side of the Ring and so much negative stuff all the time that I'm in a completely different place now," said Hogan about him not appearing on the show.

'I just don't want to feed into that anymore' - Hulk Hogan

The WWE Hall of Famer added that if the show had the light or the happy side of the ring, he would've loved to be a part of the show. Hogan felt too much negativity in the show, which meant he couldn't wholeheartedly take part in the docuseries. The former WWE Superstar said that he did not want to be a part of the negative discussion.

"If it was called the Light Side of the Ring or the Happy Side of the Ring, I'd love to do an interview. But I just didn't wanna be a part of the negative flow that comes off that. 'Who killed WCW? Ooh, the cancer. Discussion.' I just don't want to feed into that anymore," said Hulk in the interview who felt the angle of discussion made him pull out.
