  • Roman Reigns joined forces with Paul Heyman, the Wiseman, at Payback 2020, and included the Usos to form the OG Bloodline
  • Solo Sikoa attacked Jimmy Uso on WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania XL to form the Bloodline 2.0
  • Hikuleo, aka Tala Tonga, is the latest addition to the Bloodline, who assisted Solo against Jacob Fatu at the WWE Night of Champions

The Bloodline is one of the top factions of WWE after the pandemic. Roman Reigns, who returned as the Tribal Chief at SummerSlam 2020, went on to beat Bray Wyatt at Payback to win the world title. He joined forces with Paul Heyman, aka the former Wiseman, and included the Usos, Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso, to form the OG Bloodline in 2021.

At the Clash at the Castle 2022, Drew McIntyre was against Roman for a shot at the world title and came close to winning it. That was when Solo Sikoa made his debut and assisted Roman to defend his title. A few weeks after it, Sami Zayn became an Honorary Uso to become Sami Uso and remained an integral part of the Bloodline till the Royal Rumble 2023.

It led to tensions within the Bloodline, which eventually led to the Usos dropping their tag titles at WrestleMania to Sami and Kevin Owens. Jey turned his back against Roman and earned himself a shot at the world title in a Tribal Combat at SummerSlam. Jey officially parted ways from Jimmy Uso and the Bloodline after the PLE and created his own path for glory.

Solo Sikoa's change of path and the formation of the Bloodline 2.0

At WrestleMania XL, Roman's title reign of 1316 days came to an end and went on hiatus till SummerSlam 2024. On WWE SmackDown after Mania, Solo attacked Jimmy with the help of the debutant Tama Tonga to form Bloodline 2.0. At Backlash, Solo and Tama had a tag team match against Randy Orton and Kevin, which witnessed the debut of Tonga Loa.

A few weeks later, Fatu made his debut and assisted the Bloodline 2.0's fight against KO, Randy, and Cody Rhodes. Roman returned as the OTC at SummerSlam and took out Solo, and indirectly helped Cody retain his world title against Solo. Weeks of civil war led to the Survivor Series War Games between the Bloodline 2.0 and the OG Bloodline.

At WrestleMania 41, Fatu became the US Champion and slowly showed signs of moving away from the Bloodline 2.0. At Backlash 2025, JC Mateo made his debut and offered Fatu an uncalled help to retain his title against Drew, Damian Priest, and LA Knight. At the Money in the Bank, Fatu finally snapped and took out Mateo and Solo.

It led to the match between Solo and Fatu for the US Championship at the Night of Champions. The former Enforcer of the OG Bloodline was assisted by Tala Tonga aka Hikuleo, as he won the US Championship, which is also the current situation of the Bloodline 2.0, with no clear path for the OG Bloodline.
