The WWE's flagship live event Money in the Bank will take place on Saturday at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena. The well-known event, which is regarded as having the same prestige as SummerSlam, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania, has two distinct ladder matches for men and women that each guarantee a chance to win a championship at any moment.

There have been 30 winners in the history of Money in the Bank, and 25 of them have profited well enough to take home a WWE championship. While the men's division has made five failed efforts to cash in, Austin Theory was the final one to do it in 2022. All of the women's division winners have cashed in successfully.

At WrestleMania, Damian Priest used CM Punk to help him cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase and steal a moment from Drew McIntyre. McIntyre has a significant announcement to make as another MITB event draws near.

McIntyre is one of six men competing in tonight's Money in the Bank ladder match, which also features Andrade, Carmelo Hayes, LA Knight, Chad Gable, and Jey Uso. During a speech at the Money in the Bank kick-off performance in Toronto, Ontario, McIntyre made clear his objectives. He plans to make money the night he gets the briefcase.

Drew McIntyre used a ladder to eliminate everyone

Things started with a fight. Before ascending, Drew McIntyre used a ladder to eliminate everyone. Andrade performed a springboard leg drop to Gable after Chad had Drew in an arm grip on the ladder. Carmelo throws Andrade off a ladder with a springboard clothesline. Carmela and Andrade performed a Spanish springboard fly onto a ladder. Gable delivered a rolling German suplex as Carmelo attempted a springboard maneuver.

Knight on a ladder, giving Gable a neck break. Gable was standing on a ladder with Carmelo in an ankle lock. LA with BFE, followed by Jey splashing upon McIntyre. Before performing an outside senton and a leg drop off the top rope to Uso, Hayes knocked LA and Uso off a ladder. Before Gable sent Knight from the ring to the floor on a ladder with a belly-to-belly suplex, Hayes, Drew, and Andrade tumbled from a ladder and landed on one in the ring. Before Jey stabbed Gable with a spear, Gable had pulled the ladder out from under him and was clinging to the chain. Drew used a ladder to strike Jey before grabbing the briefcase.
