The Wyatt Sicks' Bo Dallas, also known as Uncle Howdy, may have to contend with two adversaries in the WWE at the same time. Howdy and The Final Testament are already at odds. Now he might be confronted by a former WWE star, Curtis Axel, who was a former teammate of Dallas. When the two were a member of The B-Team in 2017, they were crowned RAW Tag Team Champions.
Additionally, they collaborated briefly in The Miztourage, a group headed by WWE Superstar The Miz. In 2020, Axel was finally let gone from the company because of COVID-19 budget cuts. In 2022, he was brought back on as a producer, but three months later, he was let gone once again. He may return to exact revenge on Uncle Howdy for leaving him.
Curtis Axel recently stated in an interview with Going Inside that he was getting ready to make a comeback in the ring and that, if given the chance, he would be willing to work as a backstage producer. "I spent the last few years being a dad, just spending time with my three boys at home and my wife, which I haven't been able to do being on the road so much as I was with WWE at the time. I've been enjoying that. But I've been starting doing these things and started getting the itch again, and I've actually been training in the ring, taking a few bumps. So I'm slowly inching my way closer to make a return," Curtis Axel said as per Sportskeeda.
Curtis Axel may return to the Stamford-based promotion
Speaking about a possible backstage job, Axel stated that he would not be hesitant to return if the promotion based in Stamford beckoned. Curtis Axel may return to the Stamford-based promotion as a member of The Final Testament, Karrion Kross' faction. The Miz are already trying to get away from Kross, and Curtis Axel may take his place in the group. Given his animosity for the head of the Wyatt Sicks, Axel might come back and assault Uncle Howdy. The two may face up at the Royal Rumble the following year.
