Cody Rhodes, Dirty Dom, and Toni Storm win big in PWI Awards of the year 2024

Cody Rhodes, Toni Storm, and Mustafa Ali won major awards in the PWI Awards of the Year 2024. While Cody won three major awards, including the Wrestler of the Year award, Toni was named the PWI Woman of the Year. Likewise, Dirty Dom, Liv Morgan, Kelani Jordan, and Mustafa won other awards that recognised their growth as wrestlers in 2024.

Cody Rhodes was the biggest winner of the PWI Awards show as he bagged a whopping three awards. The American Nightmare won the Wrestler of the Year, the Most Popular Wrestler of the Year, and the Inspirational Wrestler of the Year awards. Gunther, Will Ospreay, and Bryan Danielson were distant 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in the number of votes.

Toni pipped past the likes of Liv, Rhea Ripley, and Jordynne Grace to win the Woman of the Year award. The AEW Superstar bagged 25 percent of the votes herself. On the other hand, Mustafa Ali bagged the 2024 PWI Indie Wrestler of the Year for his improved work in TNA.

Unique awards for Dirty Dom, Liv Morgan, and Kelani Jordan

There were some other awards that were won by different individuals. Dirty Dom was named the 'Most Hated Wrestler of the Year'. In every arena he went to, Dom was consistently bored. There were not many instances where he was allowed to talk. He solidified the spot by betraying Mami to choose Morgan.

Liv bagged the 'Comeback of the Year' award for returning to the top card spot from out of nowhere. Morgan returned from the injury and won the World title. She defended the Women's World Championship against Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, and Becky Lynch and won the Inaugural Crown Jewel Championship.

Kelani Jordan won the PWI Rookie of the Year 2024 award. Kelani displayed great skills in the ring and impressed everyone with her talent. She created history by winning the inaugural NXT Women's North American Championship. Jordan ensured the increase of the overall quality of the NXT Women's Division with her title reign and matches.
