Cody Rhodes reacted about his match at the Clash at the Castle. The American Nightmare took to Instagram and posted a story where he spoke about the clash against AJ Styles. He further touched upon the brawl against The Bloodline. Cody became the first ever wrestler to beat the Phenomenal One in an "I Quit" match. It was a great win for Cody, but a tiring one too.
Taking to Instagram, Cody wrote that he was still buzzing from the environment a night after the Clash at the Castle. Rhodes added that his body felt like it was thrown down a rocky cliffside. He claimed it to be a fever. "Still buzzing from that environment last night – body feels like it was thrown down a rocky cliffside still…. Such a fever for this" wrote Cody in his story.
The fans started to share the story on various social media platforms. It was a good match between AJ and Cody in Glasgow. It was brutal and Rhodes suffered a loss of blood. The fans were totally behind the world champion in the match. As AJ Styles quit following an injury, he was taken away from the arena by the referees and the security guards. He is set to return to Japan.
Cody Rhodes addresses the Bloodline
Cody further touched upon the post-match sequence. As he was celebrating the win with the fans, Solo Sikoa came to the arena and stood watching the celebrations of the former AEW star. As he gave a smile at Cody, the Tonga brothers came from behind and attacked him. Kevin Owens and Randy Orton came in to assist with Rhodes and took out The Bloodline.
He further wrote on his story that busting up Solo's team was good. Cody wondered what would be next for him apart from taking on The Bloodline in the next few weeks. "What do we do next? Besides busting up Solo’s team" wrote the American Nightmare. There is likely to be a 6-man tag team match at the Money in the Bank.
