WATCH: Bret Hart hugs Natalya on his WWE Raw return

Bret Hart had a sweet little moment backstage on his return to WWE Raw. The WWE Hall of Famer went to Natalya and hugged her after the 6-woman tag teams match on the red brand. Natalya, Lyra Valkyria, and Zelina Vega gave tribute to the Hitman earlier in the night by delivering a triple Sharpshooter in their match against the Pure Fusion Collective.

Bret Hart was reported to return to WWE Raw this week. He did and addressed the fans before being confronted by Gunther. The Ring General regarded him to be one of his childhood heroes and added that he was one of his all-time favorites. With that, the world champion also took a dig at Bret by claiming him to be the second favorite wrestler after Bill Goldberg.

It led to the segment between Gunther and Sami Zayn. The latter attacked the former and sent a message. After that, Bret went backstage to meet his daughter. For the unknown, Bret is one of the uncles of Natalya. Over the years, several wrestlers from the Hart Family have made a big name in WWE. The list includes the likes of Bret himself, Owen Hart, and Natalya.

Bret Hart gets a daddy moment with Natalya

Before their meeting backstage, Natalya featured in the tag team match against the Pure Fusion Collective. The 6-woman tag team match saw the trio of Natalya, Lyra, and Zelina giving a tribute to Bret. In the ending moments of the match, the trio delivered a triple Sharpshooter to Sonya, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler to claim a win via submission. It was a great way to praise Bret Hart.

After the segment, Natalya had a conversation with Vega and Lyra. That was when Bret went straight to her. The former world champion hugged Natalya. She claimed the venue to be in the Hart Country and felt it was a moment to remember. Bret interrupted and said it was a Daddy moment for him to see Natalya wrestle in front of the home crowd.
