The Women of WWE “Divas Era” is filled with the most glamorous, beautiful women in sports entertainment and their presence is still seen in women wrestling around the WWE companies. The previous World Wrestling Federation referred to its female performers as "Divas," and the moniker stayed until the spotlight shone on women's wrestling at the start of "WWE NXT." The word faded away during what is now known as "The Women's Revolution" of wrestling, when fans demanded that the organisation "give Divas a chance," causing the issue to trend on social media.
