Tennis legend Novak Djokovic dropped a major hint about his return to the court at Wimbledon, which is all set to commence on July 1. Novak Djokovic trained in the gym ahead of the renowned grass court tournament, and the organisers of the tournament took the time to post a few pictures of him. This marks Djokovic's first time on the court since his exit in the French Open 2024 quarterfinal. Notably, the Serbian withdraws from the Roland Garros after sustaining injuries in the fourth round, which allowed Casper Ruud to make it directly into the semifinals after a walkover in the quarterfinals.

Notably, the well-known tennis star shared photos of his rehabilitation workouts on social media. In addition to this, Djokovic was spotted with a knee cap on his right knee. The 37-year-old star's return to the court thrilled the crowd, who cheered him well on his comeback.

On the other hand, Djokovic admitted that he had been experiencing discomfort in his knee for a few weeks ahead of his arrival at Roland Garros. Djokovic injured his knee and required a medical timeout early in the second set during the fourth round of the showpiece event. Meanwhile, as the Serbian left the marquee event, Jannik Sinner climbed to the top of the singles rankings, creating history as the first Italian men's tennis player to do so. It was not Sinner's time to win at the French Open. Carlos Alcaraz won the title after defeating Zverev in the final before thrashing Sinner in the semi-finals.
