There have been a lot of players who have impressed us this season even during the Grand Slam events, but the player who has consistently impressed us with his amazing performances this season is none other than the Italian sensation Jannik Sinner. With 50 wins this season and 5 titles to his name this has really been a season to remember for him.

Jannik Sinner has had a great run in the US Open as well and has once again dominated most of his opponents in the tournament. The Italian has enjoyed a straight victory in the second round and will be going into round 3 where he will be up against Christopher O' Connell. However before this tournament there was also a doping controversy which the young star is going through which has been a tough period for him to go through right now. It is safe to say that this issue will not go away any time soon and Sinner will be questioned on this topic for a long time.

Sinner on making changes to his team

There have been a lot of people who have given their opinions on this matter on what should have been Sinner's punishment after failing the tests with some saying he deserves to be banned while some saying that the team was responsible. In fact Sinner was was recently questioned on the matter whether he will be making some changes in his camp after the mistake they have made, to which the Italian gave a clear and honest reply saying " Yeah, of course, it was a strange moment, no? Obviously I don't want to talk about this at the moment. We are trying to understand who would be the best option now. Not easy obviously to find now in the middle of the season."

This was clear for everyone that the World number one is thinking about making those changes and he also implied on when he is planning to make those changes as well further adding to his statement saying " We try our best to find the best people, and then we see. After US Open hopefully I have something. Yeah, so let's see.” This was perhaps one of the blunt and honest answer by the Australian Open winner on the controversial issue which we did not expect to hear.
