Some big names are set to chase the title and one of the strongest contenders is Novak Djokovic. The 37-year-old has achieved almost everything in tennis, but it seems that some milestones await him at every tournament.

A string of records awaits Djokovic at the US Open

Djokovic will enter the hard-court tournament with high confidence after becoming only the fifth player in history to complete a Career Golden Slam. Apart from the most Grand Slam titles, a few more records await Serbian.

The four-time US Open winner could become the first player to defend his title at the fourth and final Grand Slam tournament of the year. If Djokovic wins the upcoming event, he can take over the tag of oldest singles Grand Slam champion from Ken Roswell.

Djokovic could complete 100 career titles if he wins the 2024 US Open. He is currently third on the list, behind Roger Federer (103) and Jimmy Connors (109). He can also match the record for most US Open titles (5) with  Federer, Connors and Pete Sampras.
