In the final thriller, the Canadian outplayed Ruud with a score of 7-6, 6-3. During this week, the 25-year-old tennis star also had top 10 wins against Tommy Paul and Taylor Fritz. After this blistering win, Shapovalov is expected to rise to number 32 in the PIF ATP Live Rankings.
