The four-time Grand Slam winner has spoken about how he is looking forward to cherishing the experience at the Barcelona Open without any expectations, irrespective of the win or the loss.

The four-time Grand Slam winner revealed that he will focus on the things that are important to him irrespective of the outcome. Alcaraz feels that he is still not in his best form despite winning the Monte Carlo title recently. The star player will be kicking off his Barcelona Open campaign on April 15.

"I'm going to focus on what's really important to me: going out and enjoying myself, win or lose. Beyond that, I don't want to set expectations. I think I'm having a good year; the last month has been better, and I'm picking up pace on clay, which is never easy to start. It's a privilege to be able to return to Barcelona," Carlos Alcaraz in a press conference ahead of the event.
